Returns & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The returned items must be received in new, unused condition.

We offer easy returns and exchanges on all orders. To return an item, please contact us, and we will generate a return authorization for you. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website.

Returns & exchanges are available on the following conditions:

If any of our customers receive a broken or damaged product, customer have to raise a Return/ Exchange request to share some important details with us for a quick resolution of their concern. It depends on approval and will be considered a discretionary power of the company.
As per the above conditions, the item must be unused, without dirt, any kind of spots, or any alteration work, and in the same condition that you received it. Returns are subject to approval.

NOTE: Unboxing video is mandatory for initiating a return request.


INVALID REASONS:
The buyer no longer wants the items; this is the most common example, which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at our store. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

CANCELLATIONS:
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If the order has already shipped, we would be unable to stop the package.
