At LightCare India™️, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help with a simple and hassle-free return or exchange process.
7-Day Easy Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Be returned in the original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and promotional items (if applicable).

Not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or operational reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Products showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales marked as non-returnable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

The wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

Share your order number and the reason for your return.

Our team will guide you through the return process.

If approved, we'll provide instructions for the pickup or return shipment.
Please do not return any product without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account or another agreed payment method after the required details are verified.
Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a product due to a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or receiving the wrong item, we'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible, subject to product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after receiving the product in accordance with this policy.
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, LightCare India™️ will bear the return shipping cost.
